Frequently asked questions
There is a difference between a professional photographer and a "person with a camera." A "person with a camera" is priced cheap, slow to produce and unreliably delivers media (usually via DropBox, Google Drive, email, ect.). They may regularly reschedule or show up late to your shoot. They may look or act unprofessional to you or your client. They are disorganized and often take longer than needed on a shoot. This will be your most expensive 'cheap' investment, damaging your professional reputation and potentially requiring a complete reshoot.A professional photographer is trained in their craft and can speak to it. They understand the nuances of photography: equipment, angles, sight lines, composition and the ability to effectively read the light. They provide consistentcy and professionalism to you and your clients. They know how to use their tools and have the resources to deliver quality; reliably and on time.In a competitive Triad market professional photography helps listings stand out, draw more online views, enable faster sales and encourage stronger offers. Quality photos are the basis of the buyer's first impression before they ever step inside the property. The media and media partner you offer is a direct representation of your organization. Let it be a reflection of quality.

If conditions aren't favorable to fly, we reschedule the aerial portion for the next available business day that's favorable to fly.
